have you got an spring clamps on those front springs to stop them splaying?

The big offset rims you have cause a huge increase in the scrub radius of the front axle. As you turn the wheel the caster causes the inside to "jack" slightly on most cars. But the larger the scrub radius the more pronounced it is. If you look at a steering geometry diagram, you can see the inclination of the kingpin axis. As this line leans back slightly, as the wheel is turned the whole hub, stub axle, rim etc all turn on this axis.
I will find a diagram and link it, should help with my retarded discription (sorry just got home from a crapola day at work).

so to show that im not all rough iv made a couple of these to see if lessening the positive camber angle on it will help
