Clutch to suit 89 sj50 5speed?? any ideas on how much it will cost for h/duty and any suggestions?

i just got a quote for excidy h/duty clutch $170bucks

$500 sounds a wee bit steep for a clutch.....i think my daikin (sp??) cost around the price you got quoted zook89

Mine was made to order.
Consist of part Suzuki, Alfa and Mitsubishi.

any one heard anything about the excidy clutchs? i might need a better cable but hey...

I know the person who makes these clutches and I didn't want a off the shelf one.
Mine has more machining and is stronger, probley will out last the car.

Saying that when I took the original clutch out it was only half worn after 150 000klms.
