I'm working on these now.

What lift do you have, and how much longer do you think you need?

80mm tough dog.
jsut like 10mm would prob make the springs a bit longer and give me the ability to run 32s also

I was thinking 25mm longer, with correction to suit 3-4" lift.

Could you use 25mm? or would that be too much?

25 mm would be great.
providing they dnt bind up with panhards and what not.
you doing only fronts or both.
how long till there diveloped
adjustable is good but the weak points is the thread.

The plan was for front and rear.

Panhards shouldn't be an issue because you are just repositioning the diff back to its factory location.

I have all but finished my coily arms, so jimny are next up. I won't be chasing DOT approval until next year, but they are/ will be 1.75" chromolly construction with heat treatment post weld, so they will fly throught testing.

I spoke to Vic roads and NSW DOT and both said that having a thread based load point in a control/ radius arm is a no go.

I mentioned how tie rod ends work and they said it was different for radius arms. Go figure

yea.
i have seen alot of adjustable arms snapped on cruisers and trols right at the end of the nut.
so i would rather have solid arms on my vehicle.

Yeah I've seen his rig. Very well engineered.

But I need a blanket approval for my parts, not just one engineer in one state thats happy to push the limits of whats legal.

I'm still working through that. I'm getting mixed signals on whether I will need individual state approvals, or if there is an ADR approval that I can obtain for country wide approval. :?

Its like pulling teeth :x
