i used the motorway muddies on my old sierra......they performed quite well, especially for the price.............but i didnt use the vehicle on road a lot, only going to and back from 4x4ing......they would prob chew out fairly quickly if you used them on road a lot. keep in mind regarding wheels and tyres that as soon as you go any bigger you will pretty much be illegal

Steel rims are available locally, the 8 spoke ones are commonly known as "Sunraysia" wheels. You can expect to pay around $60 - $70 per wheel, and you should be able to order them from just about any tyre shop.

The Rockcrawler ones are being imported by a few mobs if I remember correctly, but you will pay more for them. I can't see the value in that to be honest.

I run the 32" Monoform Mongrels and can't fault them for the price. I daily drive them and they are wearing pretty good on the road.

Was there something you wanted to know about back spacing?
