I turned them on and they stopped in the upright position. I've checked the fuse and it's okay. What else should I try?

sounds like a seized motor, just hit it with a lump of wood and she'll be right ;)

or, pull it apart grease it and it should be good to go :D

Is the motor easy to get to? I'm hoping it's not a dash-out operation...

Tin top, open passenger door, look at top of dash in the corner, there is a cover that clip's on, remover cover & there it is..some swearing may need to be done under the dash tho..

Soft top, fold windscreen over. done... :P

I gave the soft top option to, just in case some one look's at this thread wanting to do the same, I wanted then to see I posted one useful thing.. :P
