Has anyone any experience with these.
I'm thinking they would be an easy add on for the 13BA with the weber already in play??

It would be better suited on an EFI engine, otherwise you'd have set it up like a draw through turbo, which no pun intended, just plain suck at the best of times. I've seen a turbo setup this way being tuned, all hell broke loose when it backfired.

Remembering back to my Datto days, A mate had an L20 with webber and cam regrind in a 1600, he could just keep up with my FJ20T bluebird with basic tune. Which when I saw it go, I was impressed.

What about with throttle body injection?

Or a G13BB

I can't seem to find enough info about a G13BB and was told the other day that they don't just bolt straight in in place of a G13BA.

I understand there's a shitload more work as far as wiring e.t.c but I thought they were the same block?

BB is the same as a G16B swap minus the adaptor plate.

FFS I thought so, The bloke at one stop suzi stop said "There's no bolt in 1.3 swap"

I guess he was thinking M13A?

I'm still trying to find out what a G13BB and all associated gear to replace a G13BA with it would be worth.

Have a read through Saam's 'Trogdor 2' build. I sold him a BB for that thing years ago.

Cheers, the main reason I'd go for the G13BB is obviously the fact its fuel injected, far more reliable than my carbied G13BA (at least my current one) and Lighter than the 1.6 conversion. It would be hectic to be able to put one of those in and then put a small blower on it to get a few more ponies out without trying too hard so it blows up...

I'll add to that.

Strictly speaking they will 'bolt straight in' from an engine fitment point of view. There are still alot of supporting mods that need to be done to get it up and running.

Yeh I understand that, but the electrics aren't scary at all, and the fuel tank stuff should be pretty straightforward too yes? Aside from that there wouldn't be too much other than plumbing the air yes? Oh and maybe the water if it comes out differently?

this is very true!

also if were talking straight bolt in... i guess a g16b is a bolt in... considering the adaptor kit is a bolt in job.
