i run 15x7 -38mm on mine =)
i run speedy 15x7 -15 previous to that which were great as well.
the -38 just fit my 31x10.5s inside the 50mm rubber flaring i've added to my WT flares.

yeah 15x8 -23 gives you almost the equivalent of a 15x7 -38 cos youre essentially 12.7mm wider each side on my 7" rim, so your -23 + -12.7 = 35.7mm

Yeah righto. Then I agree it's a good width, and with my 2" lift it handles like its on rails dunno about your lift.

yeah it rides great =) the -38 is a huge and noticeable improvement over the -15... i opted for 7" wide to hold the bead on better at lower psi as well as skinnying the sidewall a bit more.
