anyone know anything about rocky road outfitters?
im looking at there 3 inch lift kit.

Rocky road outfitters have an "interesting" reptation.
Suzuki springs are too short to work at 3" of lift. The result is a poor ride and poor flex.
There's no need to lift a Sierra 3". It's not like you can run bigger tyres (if the springs are working properly) without other work.

Other than that, you would have to provide more information for us to provide better advice.

Admittedly the prices aren't quite that cheap any more, it is a couple of years old but it is a great set up I believe.

Actually all bar two of the prices are the same or cheaper.

Would you recomend to buy the heavy duty rears for 100+kg (Part number CS039R) or go for the Medium (Part #CS038R)?

They also list 2 different type for the front...the standard 25kg ones (CS012FA/B) or go for the 26-75kg (CB013FA/B)

Do the HD ones flex as well as the standard ones?

HD ones are for when you've got some bar work and winches and things. They'd be pretty painful without any of that I'd imagine.

I just picked up 4 Ome light duty springs for 100 each Even tho I have bar work I'm after the flex more than weight carrying

Go the mediums. That is what I have in mine, it has customs bars front and rear with a proper cage. The weight of all that keeps it riding perfectly. I wouldn't want HD's unless you are going to be putting a winch on, then I would only use them in the front.

If your going to put a winch on the front or a really heavy bar I would go to 75kg spring in the front nd just a medium load spring in the rear

If you are lifting it with not much bar work I would go with the medium springs front nd rear

Lift springs are made for lift, most people want lift to fit bigger tires otherwise whats the point?

Point in case, my buddy runs lit springs on a fairly stock zook to fit 32's no other mods except bumpstops.

I can assure that the 32 inch tires fit, it performs well, and rides decent for a spring lift. He followed rigs on 35's on my zook on 33's with no issue whatsoever.

Although it is not your preference in lifts, lift springs can be used to fit bigger tires, and be made to work well with said tires. As with any lift other mods are going to be needed. Lowering bump stops is about it, if they are even needed.
