Just inquiring if anyone has replaced the Rubber Mounting Bushes on the Helm Joint above the Rear Diff on a Vitara
What type of Bushes go in there.... They look very similar to your normal Shackle Bushes.....

if your talking about the ball joint, it's a non serviceable item as far as I'm aware... but
can I please just say this & it's been shitting me for years, the standard Vitara does not run a HEIM joint, it uses a similar set up to a ball joint.... so many people get this part wrong, the Calmini kit uses a Rod End/Heim Joint/Rose Joint.
I blame ODA for having the incorrect info on his website.

Do you mean Heim joint?
This is a Heim Joint
You would need to fabricate a new upper a-frame to house one of these.

I'm not talking about the ball-joint end, but the other end, where it attaches to the cross member/chassis. The bushes where it swings from. These appear to be worn on mine.....

A Arm bushes is what you're after, the calmini A Arm runs a shackle type bush, pretty sure the original ones are a press fit bonded rubber bush.
