I'm gonna try at work. I could get some but there out of stock nd need to fix the Jim.
If I get the measurements I can bore out the solid bar to the size and slice it into rings

You can get the inside and out side measurements of the hobs themselves and the thickness is the same as the flange on the hubs - Have a look at the fitting sheet and you will see what I mean

thats ALOT!!!! of work!!
Not to mention you will have to lap both surfaces once cut so that they are flat, otherwise you won't be able to make a seal.
FYI I have 20 set on order now. I've been working on a few projects in my AZ absence. Should be cheaper than bigjimny too.
But just incae you NEED to have a go yourself, they are 8mm thick.

Yea I relies I will have to lap both side. Reason is that I need my Jim back on the road. It's been three weeks up on jack stand. Idk when bigjimny.com will have them back in stock.
You wouldn't have a estimate time you will have them ready to sell?

Due date on the order is 14th of November. I really hope its sooner though, as I am waiting on a heap of other parts in that order for stock.

I dont even run the spacers with Free-wheeling hubs. Just pull of your hubs remove the circlip and metal flange then grind that lip down. Vitara / Sierra hubs then just fit straight on.
I Busted 3 sets of hub bolts with the spaces on 34s but now they are shorter so less side loading on the bolts.

I think "The Right way" would be to use the hubs that were designed and built for the vehicle not some others that need adapters or modification.

That's true but I'm sick of the vacuum hubs stop working every time I go for wheel.

Does the inside diameter have to be the same as a Sierra hub or does it have to be the same diameter as the thing that sticks out of the Jimny spindle.
The scrap solid bar i found has been bored out to the same ID of a Sierra hub already

I have some Jimny hub spacers in stock. They come with cap screws, spring washers and new cone washers. $50 AU + $10 AU shipping.
