If you are using the 1.3 head you won't need to do any wiring changes.

I'd use the 1.6 head. They are basically the same except the 1.6 has slightly bigger valves. The 1.3 manifold will bolt to the 1.6 head but that's not a great idea because of the smaller carb.

Have a look to see what wires are going to the 1.6 carb. There might be a couple of solenoids on the manifold too. Post up what you find and we can probably sort it out.

The throat size of the carbs are different, so just swapping over the hats isn't going to work.

I removed the jack mount on the passenger side guard an mounted the stock 1.3 air box on that side. Then hooked it up to the 1.6 crossover pipe. I made a connecting pipe out of exhaust tube and bends to match them up, which you can have a look at if you want.

I had a 1.3 in a Sierra, a Megasquirted 1.3 using a 1.6 TBI manifold in a Sierra, and now i've got a 16v 1.6 with factory management in a Sierra. None of which will help you much :P

Have you looked on suzukiinfo.com? You should be able to find a manual for you Vit there, and i'm guessing that will have a wiring diagram in it.
