you will just need to extend the rubber lines that go between the body and the chassis. i just fitted another line so they were double length. i have them here somewhere and can throw them in

going by the 15 odd bumps you've given it over the last 4 months, i highly doubt it...

maybe lower your price considering you can buy a new 2" one for about the same money, also i think not many people would be chasing a 3" bodylift
