Just wondering what pulleys are required for the alternator and crank to run a vitara power steer setup? And if anyone has any? Also what belt no do people use?

I used the Vitara pitman arm, for no reason other than it was too hard to remove, and it fit perfectly. There are other choices, like Tarrago pitmans and low range pitmans, but this does depend onn what other mods you have/intend.

There is no mount for the steering damper on a Vitara pitmam arm. Never got round to fitting one, it was fine with out one. The fluid of power steer must act like a damper?

Yep, you can run a PS box without the pump as long as it's capped off.
