hey guys i got a new/ second hand carby for my car the other day and in my rush to fit it i pulled all the vacume hoses off and now i dont know where they go :helloo: so i wacked em all on in some retard order and she isnt running right so if someone has a diagram or pictures of where they go that would be sweet.

btw car is a 1988 suzuki sierra g13a carby

Hey guys im still having trouble with it when i pull up to the traffic lights it will just stop and when im driving along ( mainly in low range ) and take my foot off the accelerator to slow down a bit then go to accelerate again it bunnyhops and gives a mild whip lash :D

Does yours have the little vacume valve on the airbox or is it manual??

ummm it has a vacume line on the air box but it never went to the carby i dont think HAHAHA i really should have labbeled it, thanks mate Aaron

This is a '95 Sierra so it may be a little different, but here goes.

#1 goes to the airbox
#2 goes to the switch labelled #3
#4 also goes to #3
#5 (diaphram just out of shot) goes to the thermostat

#6 goes to the engine side of carby
#9 goes to switch on firewall just above brake booster
Image

#7 goes to the distributor
#8 goes to charcoal canister

#10 goes to switch on firewall above brake booster, same as #9

I have two #3 switches and no firewall switch so can't work out some hoses :(

The firewall mounted switch only controls vacuum for the AC idle up.

Hi could somebody here please give me a hand with my vacuum hoses aswell? I have a 1990 1.3jx and none of the pictures seem to match what I have and aren't sure how to work it out
