I need to replace my injectors in my 1.6l EFI Vitara and I have a spare head which came off a Baleno (non coil pack) which has the injectors. Does anyone know if the Baleno injectors are the same flow rate?

What color are they? I'm using Baleno green ones in my bike project courtesy of Fatzook and they were flowed at 170cc/min

I will have to dig them out and have a look.

I have pink injectors in the Vitara.

Is there a list of colours to flows?

I'm fairly certain that they all are 170cc injectors. Post up a pic of which ones you have and also what their nozzles look like

Why dont you just get yours properly cleaned and tested? pretty hard work to need to replace 1 injector, let alone a set

I have taken them out and cleaned and 2 are loosing pressure. There was a huge amount of crap that came out of them. They recon that it is due to crappy fuel and water, damn previous owners!

I thought if 2 are stuffed I would get the 4 that I have cleaned and use them.

270k now. Cleaning them did make a difference, but if I leave it sit over the weekend it will miss for a few seconds when I start it and blow a puff of black smoke out. The fuel is dripping out over a few days into 2 cylinders and causing it to flood when I start it. There was no fuel pressure the last time I changed the filter, which saved getting fuel in my face. :)
