I got a 2inch suspension lift and body what is the biggest tyre I can fit with that lift

Depends what you are driving and who you are driving with. For us, 31" is the sort of limit of what's an easy build and also happens to be the minimum tyre size to do OK on hard trips.

I always advocate buying the tyres you want and then doing what's required to make them fit the car. Doing it any other way is too hard. That's why I asked if the OP wants 31's.

It's not hard to run a 31 based on the setup the OP has outlined, but I can't really say that nothing would need to be changed. For instance, the bumper outriggers will have to be removed, and some seams will need flattening.
