Thanks for that ajsr, nice to get an insight.

FWIW I wouldn't pay $800-$1000 for a bar (let alone the $1500 rrp for the LWB Vit options) but I have paid $1600 for an air locker, so I do take your point.

Dont know about the rules on fuel in cab but u could get a flat plastic tank to fit in the boot under what ever u have in there
They r less the 100mm high so u dont loose much space
Run the filler and breather from main tank into it then the new tank to original filler cap
U can get custom plastic tanks pretty cheap if u needed to

AFAIK they dont make them for petrol. Deisel and water only that ive found.

The 55L one won't fit across the boot between wheel arches (with seats in my LWB).

The 50L or 60L one will fit, but take up a lot of boot space. Might have to run a tape over the spaces underneath one day.

I'm thinking of making something removable for mine.
