I just measured stabilized air temperature inside the car against temperature shown on the red round display in Auto mode and found 4-5 degrees difference. I have electronic meter that was verified previously. Is it possible to adjust this and get into setup/menu mode somehow?
The car is new and I felt the difference form day 1, but never bothered to measure.

If the car is new and you have a problem, Have you seen Suzuki?

Is this like climate control in your dash for air vents etc?

With my Boobaru, For the weather now, I adjust it full,32'c, burn your eyes out for a few minutes to heat inside faster, then set around 26degc for driving.

Took me a while to work out what you were talking about there.

A) What are you using to measure temperature inside the car? A Thermometer, or a thermocouple?

B) Where are you measuring the temperature? Somewhere on the dash/in the interior, there will be a little grille where air from the inside of the car is pulled back into the HVAC plenum, and this is where the temperature is measured. I've had a look online but I can't easily see where this is on a GV. You need to measure the temperature there

C) Which way is the temperature "wrong" too warm or too cold? After how much run time? In the sun or shade? The HVAC can't measure the temperature of surfaces in the car, only the air entering the plenum via the temp sensor. There's a big variation of materials and heat gain inside the the car - they are a very poorly insulated space.

jeep tried to get around this with IR sensors aimed at the front seats on the grand cherokee. don't know if they still do.

A) I have a thermocouple connected to electrical meter
B) I did this morning at the air near air vents in the middle, but will do near the small grill near HVAC system sensor. I takes me to get to work/home an hour so it is pretty accurate
C) I set it up to 25degC to get 20deg at the meter

I can go to the dealer, but just thought that it might be undocumented feature like pressing here and there to get into a menu. VW Golf had that feature.
