What do these do for a Jimny, or change?
Do they push the diff back, or change the angle?

They are the same lenght as the standard. They are a lot stronger by far. I'm not 100% sure on why the joint is on them. It did seem to flex really well with them .

i believe the pivot is meant for keeping the castor the same throughout the entire flex rather then increasing flex but i believe they do achieve more flex then a solid one without the pivot

I'd grab the 6x9's, but not keen on a drive to the sunny coast for $50 of speakers.
Do you ever make it down to brissy? Or will you post?

I can't see how they can keep the castor the same. The 2 dif mount pints and the pivot make a triangle, and unless one of the sides can change length, which these can't, the castor changes with suspension position as per a standard arm.
Strength and flex are the only 2 things I can see they would change. Pitty they aren't longer, I could do with moving my rear dif back half an inch.

I believe the tailshaft uni. Not the Castor I guess. If you want longer get the ORA 4.5 arms.

they wont increase flex much unless its the front one that pivots. if you want to check that pull the front bolt out of your front arm and the rear bolt out of your rear arms and then flex it up you will see it will flex a hell of a lot more then if they where in (that would kinda simulate it being on a pivot)
that pivot that they have are for caster not flex it keeps the diff flange and the Transfer flange on the same angle. which basically is castor, which basically is forward and back rotation of the axle i think that's yaw?
if you want to move your axle forward or back just redrill the holes how every far and in what direction you want them to change on the chassis side of the arm connection. but you will most likely need to change the mount for your panhard as well.
