[Scales]

A few blokes were asking me about the mounts on my recent WT case conversion as they are a black rubber rather than the orange poly ones that were originally handed out in the kit. Obviously ORA have changed what they are using, but I found them today elsewhere if anyone wanted to change to the softer ones to eliminate some noise.

I'm using them, can't say that my transfer was noisy to begin with... However! the old mounts were showing signs of wear at around 30,000kms, and I'd already broken a stock bracket once, so when I replaced the brackets with the ORA ones (and I highly recommend doing it!!!) I got the better mounting blocks too.

The only thing I'll say if you do replace them is not to over tighten them like I did, and have the bolt pull all the way through

ME obviously....

and yes, they work. although i dont have anything to compare them to previously. +1 to Timmy's comment
