a light spray of CRC (hold your breath) or antisplatter does wonders to keep your awesome welds clean. Keeps the splatter from sticking to the hot bits, or if your are burning through galv/zinc plating.

So good to get back on the tools today, even only for a few hours. Good to know I can still lay a decent bead... not what I'd call awesome but came up pretty well:  Some moreon managed to give himself flash burn while tacking it up though. Definately not awesome.

That pirate 4x4 link would put a horn on a jelly fish.  Not a great photo but pretty decent bead for gassless, it's not very well known for its aesthetics.
