hey all ,
i have a bit of a decision on my hands ? i have two lj transfer cases and two zooks , a wt 92 serria , and a lwb serria
i have a set of 6;5;1 reduction gears and a 1.3 transfer and a 1 liter transfer . i know the 1 liter transfer will take the reduction gears
without milling out the casing like the 1.3 transfer . so my question is
can i put the reduction gears into the lj transfer ?
or just put them in the 1 liter transfer and leaving the stockman box alone ?
will putting in the lj trans mess with the ratio running 31's , like it does when you put 31's on a stock 1.3 ?

any advise in making the right choice , thanks

Assuming this is what you want to know, no they wont. LJ and Sierra transfer cases are different in every way and form.

The 1.3 transfer case and the 1.0lt w/switch case are IDENTICAL in every way, except for the atual ratios and the bolt pattern on the flanges.

YES, the 6.5 gears will fit the 1.0lt case, and

YES, you will have to grind clearance inside the case for the 6.5 gears just as you would for the 1.3 case.

LJ cases are completely different in design, and very little will interchange, except for 1 or 2 bolts and washers.
