Can anyone give me an idea as to weather this will be easy enough to register in Victoria....?

It will require an engineers certificate. I"d suggest around $750 or so, but whether an engineer would sign off an already-constructed car is another issue. Maybe, maybe not. I'm not aware of any engineers that are both Vic/Qld endorsed who might "transfer" the approval as the two states operate very different schemes.
You'd be best of contact a victorian engineer and send them the details of the advertisement before you end up with a car down here you can't register.
(I'll add, it really does look like an awesome package and worth every cent, just maybe not in Vic. )
Steve.

Cheers Steve.
I wouldn't be able to comment on engineering in VIC, but would be more then happy to provide any required information you may need to satisfy an engineer.
John.

In NSW, I'd be more concerned about this: "This car was rebuilt chassis up after an accident last year, new chassis sourced".
If the car was written off, even as a repairable write-off, it can never be registered in NSW. Would be a shame, as it looks like an awesome build for the price.
And yes, it would also have to go through a complete NSW engineering certification process here too, as we don't recognise Interstate certificates, despite the rumoured existance of ADRs and NCOPs!

Not in Queensland. That's why our cars are safer.

Sorry you got messed around. People suck. Oh sorry, my apologies, read it as soon as I woke up and was still half asleep. No they cant be, 31's are 97mm over standard dia. and twice as wide, haha. Yeh, people suck. but at least he was upfront the whole time. Few weeks back i had a guy wanting to buy it site unseen. Delivered it, in gympie (2.5 hours away) and when i got there, after he assured me that he would most definitely be taking it etc etc it turned out he wasnt even the one buying it, he was looking for his friends and they didnt want it. Was so pissed. To top it off, at 11:30 at night, still and hour away from home, i got pinned for driving on 31" tires... was acid that night. haha. Last time I try to help someone.
