I am just wondering what you have to do to put a vitara manual gearbox into a 92 wt Sierra as my gearbox is about to explode and this will be the second one that I have stuffed I was just looking for an upgrade Pics and links would be great but any help at all is still good  or what gearbox I Could put in it that is stronger ???

Massage the tunnel, make a new gearbox mount, get the jackshaft shortened.
I don't have photos sorry, but it's a fabrication job.
Do you already have a 1.6? if not you'll need a "lucky 13" adapter.

i'd be putting a AW4 auto in considering the rest of your set up.

Yea is it hard to set up and what about clutches and stuff and is it fully computer controlled ???

As steve said, Crossmember and jackshaft. Tunnel will need widening, you can remove the remote shifter with a little work, and you will need a 1.6 flywheel and clutch.

What about the gearing between the sierra manual and vitara manual are they almost the same? ???????

I'm thinking I might just go manual cause when I turbo it it Will be gay to have a boosted auto

Gearing in both 5sp are very similar.

I was just thinking can I adapt a twin hilux transfer onto the vitara box the I Will have low low and ot Will be Realy strong is there a kit? ??

Did you buy a manual box?
Seperate the gbox from the transfer, Motor/gbox adaptor plate, new gbox mount, wider tunnel, different shifter position through floor, I'm not sure about jackshaft to sierra transfer.
You don't drive it hard enough for lux stuff
