The Keyless entry is stuffed on the XL-7, the little buttons on the controller have come unsoldered and I don't have the skills to re-solder something that small.

What are the options??

Either replacement remotes if you can find them (try ebay) or install an aftermarket alarm system with remote entry and wire it to the existing power locks - it might work out less expensive than the remotes.

So you can get an Aftermarket one installed to do the same job??

I shoved my head under the dash but I could only find a thing that had Mitsubishi Electrics over it and a frequency.. Not sure if that was it..

Well after pulling some numbers off the thing I found out I was looking at the Immobilizer unit...

So where the hell is the central locking one ???

Mines been stuffed for ages magnat. If its just a cracked solder joint then appliance tech should be able to sort you for the remote.
