I been doing a little research and found the genuine Suzuki bearings used for our beloved kingpins aren't the toughest around.
I found that NTN bearings make the same type of bearing we need and they are
" case-carburized components. Cups, cones, and rollers are made from case-hardened alloy steel of “Bearing Quality” to provide superior fatigue life and reliability."
A gme put me on to these he is running them, shimmed 4wding every weekend the bearings have done 20,000 he checked them the other day and they still look fine.
I'll be using them next, just some options for Jimny owners and food for thought.
