what year did the balenos begin to be a g16b with coilpacks instead of a dizzy?

And just to add uncertainty, there's also a sort of pseudo soil pack car, which mounts the coil packs on a bracket next to the cam angle sensor and has four plug leads like dizzy car.

I've seen a few of these in wreckers. I have no idea if their management/wiring are different( but I bet it is)

I agree that 2000 is the year for conventional (i.e "jimny style") coilpack motors. I think the separate coilpack cars are slightly earlier.

my coil pack motor came out of a 97 baleno I still have the blue build plate for it I kept in case I needed it
