what size of tyres are you planing to run? 6.5 gears are way too low for a jimny, the % of reduction doesnt apply in the same amount for jimnys than sierras do. have a look in here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=22383

what do i need to fit a sierra T/case to the jimny???
1. Shaft Spacers??
2. front and rear tail shafts??
3. does it matter if its a W/T or a N/T and what is W/T (wide track??) and N/T (narrow track???)

I don't know, Fatzook would know for sure. If the dimensions and mount points are the same I would imagine it would but you'll never get the 4WD light in your instrument cluster to work.

Also, the WT flanges may not fit the splines on a no switch transfer

A non switched case will theoretically fit. The mounts are the same but you'l have to do something about the flanges as they can't be swapped to 1.3l ones. There's also no aftermarket gear options for them, unless you can dig up an up geared set from the early 80s.
