I know this isn't a car question, but i'm looking for heat shrink that's about 70-75mm in diameter. Looked at Jaycar and Altronics - they only sell smaller diameter stuff.

Any idea where else I could try before I hit up Ebay?

Are you worried about colour?? I think it comes in black or black...maybe a maroony colour. I'd have to check
