So I run a g16b-5speed manual and vitara transfer in my sierra and it mounted by the mounts on the motor and the mount between the gearbox and transfer. If I was to change the manual box to a 3 speed auto would these mounts change?

You can keep the stock gearbox crossmember with a 3 speed.

Search for the trolley tug build in the rigs section - there's photos.

Thanks mate, I still run the whole vitara transfer, will the transfer bolt on to the auto? Do they run the same transfer?

IIRC yes for a three speed.
