How has do it? How hard? what is needed for the dash(inside)?

it should be bolt on, mine as it, was offered as a factory option apparently, you will notice a little rectangle piece of plastic in your dash where the switch will go, (where all the fan controls are). I don't know how hard it will be to set up all the piping and stuff though

Ok just looking a parts on eBay does the evaporator just fit in without any mods

i'm not a sierra person but i know there is a bit of info floating around on the a/c, but this time the search sucks the wang for me as it's ignoring sierra for some reason. :(

You will need,
Compressor and bracket
Hoses
Condensor
Evaporator
Dash switches and wiring
Crank pulley and belt.

It all bolts straight on/in. The only mod you need to do is two large holes in firewall for hoses and cut the little shelf under the glove box to clear the evaporator box.
