I'm building a snorkel out of stainless pipe and silicone joiners
What can I use on the hole I cut in the body to stop the body rusting or cutting into the joiner

get some small diameter rubber hose & carefully split it straight down one edge the whole length or get some pinch weld from clark rubber or the wrecking yard.

pinch weld is the stuff you find on the welded seam of your door openings etc. :wink:

You can get pinchweld and lots of other profiles from Clark Rubber
