I could be wrong, but id be surprised if they were that light. my three cyl two stroke is 40-50

I can pick one up unassisted and i'm 70kg. They can't be too heavy.

Isn't there a thread here listing component weights?

Apparently they're almost the same weight as a Toyota 2.4 litre Diesel according to Facebook :o)

Does "facebook" think that swapping a g13a for a 2.4D is a great idea too?

Apart from things that physically wouldn't fit, there arent many worse options IMO. :roll:

Yes there is a thread, and the weight is 73kg fully dressed.

Diesels have always weighed less than petrol engines, that's why you can go almost double the capacity and still be the same weight. But if your going to go to all that effort of a conversion a TD42 would be a perfect candidate.....
