It's the computer and under the dash - Under the Glove box I think

95 is a SV620 tony, last of the first shape vitara's, the ECU is on the drivers side kick panel... gecko isn't helping by posting pics of an XL-7 engine bay.

got a smart phone?

record what it's doing & upload it to the yousetoobes, it's going to be a hard one to diagnose with words n shit. :wink:

No Tony, I don't have a service mannul yet, I will pm you now.

Sorry, I assumed you meant the ECU was under the hood somewhere otherwise it wouldn't be able to get wet?
I did find the ECU under the kick panel, I sprayed the donkeys out of it with contact cleaner a couple weeks ago.

I'll see if I can upload a video of the problem today...

Here is a video of the problem, the sound isn't great as its windy here today.

I am pushing the accelerator down quickly, and the little pop noise just before the RPM comes up is a small backfire.
When I release the accelerator it loses RPM until it just cuts out.
