Hi all
I want to convert my mean mother 150l/s air compressor which doesn't have pressure sensor or switching capability into a more automated unit that i can use with lockers.
can anyone suggest reliable parts and wiring diagrams to set this up?

cheers

I have one of these Viair pressure switches controlling my a/c compressor onboard air:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Viair-90102-Air-Ride-Suspension-Pressure-Switch-110-145-PSI-1-8-Male-NPT-/360982537727?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item540c3c65ff&vxp=mtr

That eBay listing also has a wiring diagram showing how to wire it up with a relay to switch the compressor on and off.

You can buy 100 and 150 psi switches from ARB pretty cheap. You'll need a small tank to run the lockers- they need some "inrush" air so you can't just run a manifold. ARB can also supply a little tank/manifold which can integrate the pressure switch.

thanks Ben/ Steve. i was intending to run a small tank in the right rear sub frame above the wheel arch. looks like it will work a treat.

something like this would be ideal. ebay also sells the pressure switches pretty cheap.

probably too many ports for what you want, but theres smaller options available.
