This could really suit a first boat owner as polycraft hulls are nearly indestructible. Plus I am leaving in late January so I would be happy to go out with you a few times if you wanted the extra experience. i.e. I wish could keep it until I have to leave, but I definitely have to sell it beforehand.

And why don't you tow it to Melbourne with you? They have some great estuary and lake fishing down that way, which this boat would be idea for.

Thought about it, lots of reasons really. I wouldn't have anywhere to keep it in the inner city. I could leave it at my parents place, but then Dad already has a boat, a few actually. I think I would mostly fish with him so I wouldn't need it. Otherwise probably on a few times a year - I can't justify having a boat and only using it that often.
