hey fellas, just started having a few issues today with my suzuki grand vitara v6 2005
firstly i couldnt get my car started, was having no response at all, i left it for a short while and came back to it and it started. once the car is started it runs fine - engine seems to be running well, the battery is only 3 months old, i tightened the terminals on the battery. but my engine and all power to the car shuts off when i turn the air condition on ? is this a common problem or is there a thread i could be directed to with any more info, cheers fellas

need a better explanation. did the key do nothing at all (no dash lights and no cranking), did the key light up the dash lights but didnt crank the motor, did the motor crank but not fire? or something else?

were they actually loose? are they corroded/build up of gunk? probably pay to actually clean the terminals and the clamps before just tightening them up more.

does it also shut off when you turn the headlights and/or high beams on?
