Hi all. First post on this site. Ive looked over the tech forum and cant find the info im looking for! Very basic, has anyone pulled the steering wheel of a lj model? In particular a lj50. I know i need to loosen the top nut but am not sure if the horn button has a cap on it to acces the nut. It does have a smaller round centre that looks like a cap but be buggard if i can get it off. Dont want to go to heavy on it and wreck it if its not a cap. Thanks paul

Push in horn button and twist anticlockwise, horn will come off. Undo 17mm nut and put full face helmet on. Then try pull hit it off

Haha, been there.
Could loosley put the nut back on to avoid wheel to face contact or use a puller

U need to take the handbrake drum off the back (4 × nuts) and remove the drivers side brake shoe
