Hi Guys,

Ive got tick coming from the engine, ive adjusted valve clearances to factory. It's not coming from the belt side, so probably not bearing in pulleys. Just want to get confirmation and thoughts about possible piston slap. It doesnt happen when cold but once engine runs for 2 minutes and gets some temp it starts, and matches revs.

Any help and ideas would be appreciated.

Not unknown for piston skirt to break (mostly on Coily / Jimny G13BA), but usually noise is there all the time, not just when a little warmed up.
If you pull one HT lead off at a time, sure it will run rough, but the tick might go when a cyl is not firing = probably that one.

Worn cam lobes can make it difficult to get the valves quiet

All really good ideas.
Valves have been rechecked.
Leads and plugs are brand new and installed correctly. triple checked that one just in case.
Couldnt get a thorough look at the lobes, but could see any noticable wear on any of the moving parts.

My next step is to wait for it to warm up and hold down different things to make sure its not something just rattling with the revs.
Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
