Hi everyone,

I managed to broke the exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor on my 1998 Suzuki Coily (part number: 14820-80C00) and I've been told that you can't buy those anymore. So I was thinking about just putting a resistor there. Does anyone know what is the expected resistance value at normal operating temperature? Also, if you’ve successfully replaced this sensor with a compatible one from another vehicle, I’d love to hear your suggestions.
