How much lift can you give a Sierra before you have to do something about the steering, and what did you do to rectify the issue

You can do a high steer kit. Or a drop pitman arm off the steering box. How much lift do you wanna go? Cause ive seen guys do 2inch shackle and 2inch springs and not touch the steering...

i did a 2 inch body lift 2 inch spring and with the steering spacer for the body lift i just put two brand new genuine steering couplings together seemed to do the trick just had to get longer bolts to put it together and a bigger spring for the middle and just doubled up the metal cross plate things u get with them.
