Should be in the download section.
FT for the flywheel and maybe 20-30nM for the pressure plate? If you have any doubts use thread locker

FT- F@#%ing Tight. As tight as you can get it with whatever tools you have. If you have access to a rattle gun then put it on the highest setting. I always use a thread locker on the flywheel bolts

In the Downloady Manual it says:
Flywheel Bolts: 57-65 Nm
Clutch Cover Bolts: 18-28 Nm
That Sound about right?

Been told that not to use Rattle gun on flywheel as it affects the rear main seal.
Ok for undo but tighten with a Tension wrench/ breaker bar as ScrawnC said.
Just what I have been told.

Yeh never rattle vital bolts like flywheel bolts, especially when its so simple to torque them. As mentioned, use a wee bit of loctite on the threads.

Have you ever tried torquing a flywheel?? It's damn hard by yourself, especially when you're on your back in the driveway!! I've never had a problem with rattling flywheel bolts, maybe someone can elaborate on issues with doing this?
