Aren't 31's on a zook in QLD technically illegal anyway?

That's where I am & what did you call me??
Legaly 235/75r15's are to big, and last time I looked a want33s car, 33's are a f*#k load bigger.
I don't think an engineer would pass 31's in Qld, I tried to get 235's put on a mod plate year's ago & he just laughed at me & scribed STD in the tyre size section.
But how many of us have ever been booked for the "tyre size" not tyre's hanging out of the guards?

In Qld, the maximum permissable tyre is 15mm larger diameter than standard fitment on ANY car..... so a Zook that has 205/75-15 as standard will JUST get away with 215/75-15 but NO larger.

Corey, what has the height of a tyre got to do with wheel bearings or flares????????
Don't bother asking Joe, he is in Victoria.... Might as well be Uzbeckistan... Rules are ALL different down there...
Qld you can run stock diameter and 1.3 times original width but only if track width is not increased by more than 25mm per side (50mm total).

don't ya just luuuurve victoria?... but then again, some engineers will do larger tyres on a zook...and some won't down here.
and the laws in uzbeckistan are actually harsher.

1.3 is only for hairdresser cars, 1.5 times for solid axle
