hey guys

whats the cheapest way to get enough lift out of my coily to fit a set of 30's on it? i saw 40mm springs on the suzisport site for $400. any other ideas?

and no, selling it to buy a leafy isn't an option

ebay ultima lift...$650 ish 2 inch springs, shocks and struts. If you make it to bribie saturday you can have a look at my POS

I would say yes, others may disagree. You could do body lift for around $200

whats involved with the body lift on a coily?

Buy it and fit it Again...i will show ya saturday. Mostly a time consuming exercise more than anything

oh yeah i'd be going the suspension lift before the body lift, just curious about the body lift

Each to their own, I'd rather be able to get the tyre's to the ground than clearing the gaurd's.

a good suspension lift will actually give you less tyre clearance as it should compress more, but you have the right idea by doing both at the same time.

Isn't that the whole idea of a bump stop? I wouldn't say it'd give you less clearance

coil spacers will not fit on the standard front sturts, they are to short.

Well I kinda made my own kit out of anything that will fit, and it
works will. Gives me just over 45mm of lift and awesome flex.

if the opposite site is allowed to extend further due to the new suspension the pivot point, bump stop is the same, hence the compression side goes up further into the wheel arch. This assumes that the old suspension would allow the diff to hit the bumpstop, most don't until the sag.
