My old man got this 3.15 quintrex Barra punt and an 8hp Yamaha motor for me. I already have enough junk so I decided to hoist It up in the roof of the shed and throw the accessories in the boat.
I got 2 boat hand winches from Whitworths for 35 dollars each. I then went to Cairns hadeware and got 4 gal pulley for 5 bucks each about 6 8mm D shackels and 2 10 mtr rolls of 5mm wire rope and a few rope clamps came to about $120 in total. Just made up some brackets and bolted them all in position. I also bolted up 3 safety chains so its not hanging on the rope all the time.It took me all afternoon but its worth it. I dont like having things left in the weather
