Okay! bar is welded in, gusseted with 5mm angle from from c section, then webbed with triangles cut from the 5mm c section

Cold Gal primed and painted black, damn it looks the goods.. Can't wait to test it

And believe me, it got a workout at Medowie/Walaroo that day

Don't have any pics of the inside before the tank went back in though sorry, you'll have to trust me it's solid :D
