I've just pulled out the fuse box to have a look at where I can poke a line for my extra 12v sockets.




I don't really know about auto electrics, but i'm guessing these empty spots are spare circuits? If I poke a wire into one of these spares I'll have a fuse and power to my 12v socket?... Seems too easy.

If the fuse holder in front is empty then yes, but I would like to know what else is running off that circuit before dragging extra power out of it..

I've chucked it on my rear defroster fuse.

those blank ones are teh supply side, youll notice they all join together to form a bussbar, the other side where the single wires are are downstream of teh fuse

Aha! So the blue and black wires are all supply side, abd the yellow and white wires (inner rows) are post fuse?

I've already got that wrong. I gotta run a line from a spare port in the inner row... if I can find one

if you are hell bent on running a fuse in that box, cut some of the pins out of another box and jump off whatever power style you want ans slip it into some of the unused ones
