Couldn't you get a Jimny plenum from a wrecker and use that?

Christover-- yeah my Pop told me to do that today lol we have a coily shell and another hightop shell also. Will be using the highttop shell to test fit and then install into my DD I like how you think
Ben- I possibly could however Until I fit it I wont know if it will actually be an Issue or not.. If it is the case then thats my next bet yeh

i have a baleno intake manifold spare if need. Jimny may be better though. Really depends on where the water comes out of the head.

The block and head is identical to the BB jimny you wont be able to use the manifold as it will foul on your engine mount but use a type 3 baleno (one with coil packs in the head) modify a sierra sump to take the crankshaft sensor and should work a treat, make a cheap efi conversion.

My Bal manifold is from the coilpack model. BUT, no water outlets, as baleno water comes out the back of the head. Unsure about carry's.

So how did this turn out?
Also, is there a certain version of the G13BB to look out for to swap into a sierra? I thought I read recently they were pretty much a bolt in?
