Hi all, just made the switch from a Sierra to a Vitara, ownership of the Sierra didnt not last long (less than 2 months?)
Since i couldn't see my GF and I travelling long distance in it for days on end.

Anyway i want the Vitara to remain comfortable & stable on the tarmac but be capable of doing Simpson desert, and rutted out tracks without getting stuck.

Whats the safest size to go for to remain a comfortable tourer yet still very capable offroad? It already came with a 2" spacer lift when i bought it

Its a 92' LWB.

Thanks

I read with 15s you have a good selection of tyres, but would i need a different offset to keep clearance for the 235/75R15? or will stock rims do the trick?

Thanks

I had stock 94 LWB Vitara with 235/75/15s - BFG ATs. Didn't have any issues.

Since, then I have OME (2" ish) and 15/30mm spacers...

That is on stock rims(5.5" I think?). 10psi on the beach is the lowest I have been with no issues...

Only issue will be gearing... I would have preferred smaller for gearing...but that's the trade up (unless you want to buy gears)
