85 drover 65mm lift, just picked up some 235/76/15 bighorns,
I was wondering if there was any problems with fitting
Them on the stock 5.5" rim or should I just get some 15x7" Sunnys??

Thats pretty much the widest tyre you can safely fit to the stock rims. You'll be fine with that setup, but if some 15x7's come along at a good price in the future jump on them.

31zook has been running those tyres on the stock rims without an issue that I've seen.

I have 235 bighorns, but I got told it was illegal to have them on 5.5" rims, so I bought 15x7 s

It's not the Melon, what car were they run on ? and any scrubbage ?
I'm on the hunt for a set of stock rims, the one with round holes. I'm going to powdercoat and fit some 235/75's on to a 91 tintop. I'm on the gold coast, any one have some GC stock rims they want to part with ?

On the spare.. A '91 WT HT.
Had a little bit of scrubbing on the front inner guards and rear of the front bar + wings. 15 minutes work with an angle grinder and it fixed it. Can't see the chopping unless you really look. Took ~10-15mm off in a couple of places. If the springs weren't sagged, I don't think any chopping would have been needed.
